We used the PROMETHEE methods for ranking the selected sites with multicriteria analysis. These sites are the efficient selected sites in a set of 187 potential sites for the setting up of a storage and water transport work identified in the city of Ouagadougou. With 6 criteria, we generated, on one hand, weights associated to these criteria taking into account hypothesis and, on the other hand, we used the PROMETHEE methods to analyze this multicriteria decision problem. PROMETHEE I and II are used for ranking the selected sites in relation with global preference integrating all the hydraulic and social factors.
