BAYESIAN ESTIMATION PROCEDURES FOR GENERALIZED INVERTED SCALE FAMILY OF DISTRIBUTIONS BASED ON PROGRESSIVE CENSORING
Here, we develop the estimation procedures for the reliability functions η(t) and ρ, when X and Y are the independent random variables (rvs) following generalized inverted scale family of distributions (GISFD) under progressively type II right censoring scheme. Considerations are given to both squared error loss function (SELF) and general entropy loss function (GELF). A comparative study of estimators is done by using Monte-Carlo technique.
