ON T-MATRICES OF ORDER 6m + 1

Abstract:

In this article, we give the definition and some properties of the function λ(i) in multiplicative group of GF(t), m > 0, t is prime. We obtain a construction method of T-matrices of order 6m + 1 and discuss existence of T-matrices in two special cases.
