SELECTION OF MODIFIED CHAIN SAMPLING PLAN (MChSP-1) WITH ZERO-INFLATED POISSON DISTRIBUTION BASED ON QUALITY REGION
In this article, a design procedure of attribute modified chain sampling plan with zero-inflated Poisson distribution based on quality region is presented. In acceptance sampling, producer’s risk and consumer’s risk are common in maintaining quality products especially in industries. In production field, these issues should be considered simultaneously when determining quality decision. We further design the parameter of the plan index with probabilistic quality region (PQR) and indifference quality region (IQR), which gives potential application to improve the quality levels in industry products. Comparison is made with conventional modified chain sampling plan with zero-inflated Poisson plans.
