The aim of this article is to construct a new cipher system for English alphabetic over finite fields of order 27. This paper is divided into three main sections. In Section 1, we give an introduction. In Section 2, we give a construction of certain finite fields using Kronecker’s theorem. In the last section, we construct the transformation key of the cipher and explain how the encryption and the decryption systems work.
