A GRAPHICAL IDENTIFICATION: A CASE STUDY OF HYPERTENSION, HYPERLIPIDAEMIA AND RENAL DISEASE AND THEIR ASSOCIATION WITH CONTOUR AND 3-D PLOTS
This paper focuses on the application of response surface methodology (RSM) approach to medical data. Several common diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidaemia and renal disease among Malaysians are discussed using contour and 3-D plots. We use MINITAB software and SAS software for the data analysis. Related algorithm to calculate the results is provided in the methodology building in SAS language. Further, we examine the behaviour of the influenced variables in detail through the pattern of gaining plots and discussion focused in terms of significant association of variables.
