The set of all hypersubstitutions of type tforms a submonoid of the set of all generalized hypersubstitutions of type t. Green’s relation  on the monoid of all hypersubstitutions of type t = (n, n) has been studied by Thawhat Changphas and Klaus Denecke. Studying a similar problem in the monoid of all generalized hypersubstitutions of type t = (n, n), we characterize Green’s relation  on the monoid of all generalized hypersubstitutions of type t = (n, n).
