JORDAN HOMOMORPHISMS ON ASSOCIATIVE PAIRS
The aim of this paper consists in proving that any Jordan homomorphism defined from an associative pair onto a prime associative pair is a homomorphism or an antihomomorphism generalizing by the way a brilliant result due to Herstein [5] to a more general context of ternary rings, namely those centered on associative pairs.
