This paper is devoted to a stochastic retarded lattice dynamical system with a multiplicative white noise. We first show that such stochastic retarded lattice dynamical system generates a random dynamical system by transforming it into a random one via a stationary Ornstein- Uhlenbeck process. Then we establish the existence of a random attractor for the random lattice dynamical system within the set of tempered random bounded sets. The existence of a random attractor for the stochastic lattice dynamical system follows from the conjugation relation between two lattice dynamical systems.
