GLOBAL CONVERGENCE OF A SPECTRAL CD CONJUGATE GRADIENT METHOD WITHOUT LINE SEARCH
Concerned with the nonlinear conjugate gradient method for solving unconstrained optimization problems, we propose a spectral CD method without line search. Under some mild conditions, the global convergence of this method is established.
