NEW METRIC PROCEDURE OF MULTI-DECISIONS MAKERS CHOICE
In general, the votes allow to determine the preferences of a social individuals group through the choice of each member of the group. In many areas of social life, one practices the votes to decide the choice of each other. For example, this is what happens when we want to elect a president of a republic, make some decisions among people group.
In the literature, there are a large number of voting methods. Despite this multitude of methods, very few of them allow to obtain the choice that is of the majority [5]. Thus, the desire to find a voting method which reflects a consensus choice is necessary. It is in this framework we have developed a minimum distance metric procedure of the choices of the voters.
The effectiveness and efficiency of our method are highlighted in this work through two didactic examples and a comparative study of our method with the Blin method on three examples.
