CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE LEVEL MODIFIED SECOND ORDER ROTATABLE DESIGNS USING SUPPLEMENTARY DIFFERENCE SETS
In this paper, a construction method of coded five level modified second order rotatable designs using an infinite class of supplementary difference sets is presented. The construction method produces a new class of spherical second order rotatable designs that attain the desirable property of rotatability.
