THEORETICAL STUDY OF SHEET CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS DRYING WITH REVERSIBLE SUPPLY OF DRYING GAS

Abstract: A simple but informative non-linear cell mathematical model of drying kinetics of long-measuring sheet construction material by a parallel gas flow is proposed. The model allows calculating the drying kinetics based on the local state of material and gas and takes into account longwise heat and moisture conduction. It is shown that the reverse of gas supply at rationally chosen moments of time allows considerable decrease of the non-homogeneity of moisture content distribution during drying process. |
