Abstract: In recent years, neutrosophic sets and its application to multiple attribute decision making have become a topic of great importance for researchers and practitioners. This paper proposes a method for solving multiple attribute decision making with multiple decision makers and single valued neutrosophic numbers. The method developed in this paper is based on TOPSIS and VIKOR methods. Firstly, a TOPSIS technique for determining the weights of decision makers with single valued neutrosophic information is proposed. Then a VIKOR method is developed for ranking alternatives. The method developed in this paper enables us to use the single valued neutrosophic information to determine the weights of decision makers and the VIKOR method developed here increases flexibility in the ranking of alternatives. Finally, examples are given to illustrate the proposed method. |
