Abstract: In this paper, authors establish the solution and generalized Ulam- Hyers-Rassias stability of a new type of the functional equation
where n is a positive integer, which originates from arithmetic mean of consecutive terms of an arithmetic progression. An application of this functional equation is also studied. |
